Our vision is that all women in and around the Bronx who own or aspire to own a business have the tools, resources and confidence to succeed.

Our mission is to assist women entrepreneurs as well as minority business owners through provision of financial and technical assistance services. We offer one-on-one counseling, monthly information roundtable and entrepreneurial training cources. These services are offered both in English and Spanish. Our main objective is to close the technical assistance gap that limits the growth potential and job creation capacity of small to midsized companies.

The Women’s Business Resource Center is partially funded by the Hunts Point Economic Development Corporation, The Business Outreach Center Network  and by the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA’s funding is not an endorsement of any products, opinions, or services. All SBA funded programs are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis. Arrangements for persons with disabilities will be made at all times in accordance with the American With Disabilities Act of 1990 and associated amendments. Arrangements for persons with special needs will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance.
